
Black Forest Chocolate Cherry Cocktail
Makes 1 cocktail
Rim cocktail glass: Place cherry juice (from the jar of cherries that you use for the cherry garnish – I like Tillen Farms Bada Bing Cherries – pitted & stem-on) on a small plate. Place 1 teaspoon powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon cocoa mix powder on a small plate and stir with a fork to combine. Roll the rim of the cocktail glass around in the cherry juice, then roll it around in the powdered sugar mix. Set aside.
1 ounce Black Forest Cherry Brandy
1 ounce Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1/2 ounce whipping cream
1 Bada Bing cherry with stem (or Maraschino cherry with stem) for garnish
Place cherry brandy, chocolate liqueur and whipping cream in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into sugar rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry.
