Frozen Maraschino Piña Colada
Place cocktail glass in freezer to chill while making the cocktail.
Makes one cocktail.
2 ounces Rhum JM Blanc
1 ounce CLÉMENT MAHINA COCO (coconut liqueur)
1 ounce cream of coconut
2 tablespoons Maraschino cherry juice
1/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1 1/2 cups ice
Maraschino cherry, small pineapple leaves and pineapple slice – for garnish
Place all ingredients with ice in a blender. Blend on medium speed until ice is finely crushed. Pour into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with maraschino cherry, small pineapple leaves and pineapple slice.
