Adorable POP! champagne tray that my bubbly girlfriends gave me as a New Year’s Eve hostess gift…love it!
Champagne Pannier Blanc De Noirs 2011, made almost entirely of Pinot Noir grapes. Notes of ripe pear, pleasant and smooth with a creamy mousse and consistent tiny bubbles in the flute.
Blanc De Noirs (white wine produced entirely from black grapes) denotes Pinot Noir grapes or Pinot Meunier grapes or a mixture of these two types of grapes, whereas Blanc De Blanc (white wine produced entirely from white grapes) denotes Chardonnay grapes.
Mousse is a French term referring to the foam produced by champagne or sparkling wine, resulting in a particular mouth-feel. A creamy mousse is desirable in a champagne or sparkling wine.
