I have a new favorite cocktail for Valentine’s Day – actually it’s a classic cocktail made new with Beefeater Pink London Gin….Pink French 75. Lemony and sassy topped with rosé sparkling wine!
What is PINK GIN? Beefeater Pink is the vibrant new strawberry gin from Beefeater London. A delicious, easy to drink and fun strawberry gin made in London and based on the classic award-winning Beefeater Dry recipe.

Cocktail recipes and photos compliments of Beefeater Gin. Pink French 75 1 parts Beefeater Pink 1/2 parts Lemon Juice 1/2 parts Simple Syrup 3 parts Sparkling Rosé Method Build in shaking tin. Ice. Shake. Fine strain into Flutes. Garnish with heart lemon peels and heart strawberry. |

Pomegranate Gin Martini 2 parts Beefeater Pink 3/4 parts Pomegranate Grenadine 1 part Lime Juice Method Build in mixing glass. Ice. Stir. Garnish with sprinkles and cotton candy. |

Return of Saturn 2 parts Beefeater Pink 3/4 parts Lemon Juice 3/4 parts Passionfruit syrup 1/2 parts Velvet Falernum 1/4 parts Maraschino liquor MethodBuild in shaking tin. Ice. Shake. Fine strain. Finish by adding Rose Gold Ice Cubes (recipe below). |

Silicone Ice Mold with 8 Cubes (4 oz/ cube) Filtered Water Edible Gold Pigment Rose Water Edible Dried Rosebuds Method Step 1: Mix 8 oz of filtered water with 1 bar spoon or generous teaspoon edible gold pigment. Pour 1 oz in each opening of the silicone ice mold. Freeze for 1 hour. Step 2: Mix 8 oz of filtered water with 10 dashes rose water. Pour 1 oz in each opening of the silicone ice mold. Top with crushed edible rosebuds (suggested: 3 per cube). Freeze for 1 hour. Step 3: Pour 2 oz of filtered water in each opening of the silicone ice mold. Freeze for 2 hours, on until frozen throughout. |
